HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Harrisonburg man who was arrested earlier this year in connection with an animal cruelty case had one of his charges dropped.
According to online records, an animal endangerment charge against David Joseph Ligouri was dropped during a hearing Tuesday morning in general district court.
However, the 35-year-old Ligouri still faces two more charges, including animal cruelty as well as hit-and-run. He will back in court to face those charges on October 2nd…
