Dirty soda has officially arrived in Pinellas County thanks to Sunny Sip, a new drive-thru beverage stop in Largo. If you’re unfamiliar with the trend, you’re not alone. According to Eater, dirty soda is a nonalcoholic drink made by mixing a base soda—like Coke or Dr. Pepper—with flavored syrups, cream or coffee creamer, and sometimes fruit purées or juice.
Sunny Sip is located at 1764 Missouri Ave. N. in Largo. The shop is open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Sunny Sip earns stellar 5-star reviews for its dirty sodas
So, what’s on the menu? Judging by the flood of five-star reviews, plenty of childhood dreams are coming true here. While we haven’t sampled them just yet, here are a few standout drinks catching local attention:
- Dirty Doc: Dr. Pepper/Diet Dr. Pepper with Cocnut
- Hot To Go: Mountain Dew with Raspberry, Peach, and Vanilla Cream
- Wizard’s Brew: Root Beer with Butterscotch and Vanilla Cream
- Ocean Potion: Sprite, Cherry, Vanilla and Coconut
The shop also serves seasonal specialties like the Pumpkin Cinnabomb iced coffee—a sweet fix for those missing fall foliage in Florida. Beyond sodas, Sunny Sip’s full menu includes espresso-based drinks, lemonades, iced teas, and energy drinks (you can see the entire menu here). Follow Sunny Sip on Instagram for the latest updates.
Residents and visitors are invited to celebrate at Sunny Sip’s grand opening party on Friday, October 4. The event will feature face painting, food trucks, a DJ, and giveaways…
