Cleveland man who livestreamed gun threats at Tower City sentenced to probation

CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Cleveland man will serve two years of probation for terrifying residents by livestreaming himself with a gun inside Tower City last year.

George Ivery Jr., 22, was sentenced Tuesday by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Jennifer O’Donnell on charges of making a terroristic threat and inducing panic.

Ivery waived his right to a jury trial and elected to have O’Donnell decide his case. His most serious charge, a third-degree felony, carried a possible punishment of up to three years in prison…
