Cleveland man accused in bicyclist’s death was driving 55 MPH above speed limit, prosecutors say

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted a 20-year-old man accused of fatally striking a woman riding her bike.

Prosecutors say Kamarion Jordan is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption and operating a vehicle under the influence.

He was allegedly going 90 MPH in a 35 MPH zone at the time of the crash.
