COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — After years of planning and construction, Columbia’s Finlay Park is set to reopen in November following a more than $20 million revitalization effort.
City officials say the upgrades will transform the park into a family-friendly environment, featuring a new pond, splash pad, pickleball courts, and a playground.
