Central NY woman admits she was driving drunk in fatal crash

Town of Onondaga, N.Y. ― A 22-year-old woman admitted to driving drunk in a rollover crash that killed one passenger and badly injured another in November.

Kaitlyn Kudla, of Port Byron, pleaded guilty last Tuesday to aggravated vehicular homicide. She was promised a sentence of 5 to 15 years in prison, prosecutor Frank Pelosi said.

Aggravated vehicular homicide has a maximum sentence of 25 years…
