Healey-backed nonprofit launches $250K ad blitz touting success on housing issues

A nonprofit advocacy group backed by Democratic Gov. Maura Healey and Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll has launched a $250,000 online advertising blitz focusing on a trio of housing-related issues.

The ads also focus on the administration’s $5 billion housing bond bill, which lawmakers passed, and Healey signed into law, last year.

Among other things, the policy-packed bill makes it easier to build accessory dwelling units, also known as “in-law apartments.”…
