My first sno-ball in New Orleans was a fluffy dream. What makes this Bywater stand special?

While the rest of America dusts off their Ugg boots and flannel and enjoys pumpkin spice lattes, fall in New Orleans is still pretty warm — and a perfect time to eat a sno-ball.

Summer may technically be over, but hurricanes are still brewing, and I’m still sweating on my daily walk to work. And with many sno-ball stands preparing to limit hours or close in the upcoming weeks, I thought it to be the perfect time to try my first sno-ball as a New Orleans resident.
