A famous YouTuber drew big crowds in the Boise area Monday, and after an event in Nampa, a 14-year-old boy was struck by a truck in a hit-and-run.
The driver of the truck did not stop after hitting the teen, but a 20-year-old man turned himself in later that day, according to the Nampa Police Department.
