A large, urban mixed-use development in Meridian’s central core will move forward to city council with a recommendation of approval.
On Thursday, Meridian’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend Pine 43’s approval to the city council.
As BoiseDev reported, plans for the mixed-use project were revamped last year from 196 single-family homes and 159 townhomes with retail and commercial space to 848 apartments, 35 townhomes, a hotel, retail space, restaurants, and office space for medical technology.
