SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (KUTV) — U.S. home prices increased in August for the first time since January, but annual growth slowed to its lowest rate in more than a decade, according to Redfin’s latest housing index.
Researchers said U.S. home prices rose 0.2% from July to August, which is up from the 0% growth the month before. Home prices have not increased month-over-month since January, according to Redfin.
