NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A teenager was arrested and another suspect is at large in connection with what North Charleston Police are calling a weapons incident.
The suspect, 16, whose name was not released, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by someone under 18 and resisting arrest.
