Durham police have charged two people with allegedly obtaining property by false pretenses and felony conspiracy in connection with fraud related to the Courtney Jordan Foundation.
Warrants are out for Nicholas Gallardo and Courtney Jordan. Gallardo is the CFO of the foundation and Jordan is the founder.
