HARTSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A kitten is continuing to recover after reportedly being found with burns near the site of a Tennessee Valley Authority implosion in mid-September.
Smith County Humane reports that the kitten, Ashton, was found covered in ash and with burns.
