ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)- The Rescue Mission of Roanoke is holding a pop-up registration on Saturday, September 27, ahead of the 20th Anniversary Drumstick DASH.
Organizers said Dash Flash will take place from noon until 1:00 p.m. at Elmwood Park, during Star City Strongfest.
The event includes:

- Discount registration for Drumstick DASH
- Chance to win limited-edition anniversary merchandise
- Appearance by DASH, the Rescue Mission Spokes Turkey
The annual Drumstick DASH is held every Thanksgiving morning to help fund the mission’s effort to provide meals, emergency shelter, behavioral health services, and medical care to people “experiencing homelessness, hunger, or crisis,” according to the press release…
