Two men are in custody and facing criminal charges in connection to a reported home invasion and kidnapping that prompted a safety alert near Mahtomedi High School last week.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Raymond Christian Garcia and his brother, 24-year-old Isiah Angelo Garcia, were arrested Monday by the Waller County, Texas Sheriff’s Office.
Prosecutors filed charges against the pair on Wednesday, charging each with three counts of kidnapping, three counts of burglary and one count of aggravated robbery.
