CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Efforts to build a multi-story apartment building in the heart of Charlottesville are facing resistance from some who live nearby.
LV Collective, a Texas-based developer that specializes in student housing, has proposed an 11-story apartment building on West Main Street, which would primarily serve students at the University of Virginia.
