Residents concerned about traffic with new Mormon temple coming to Mandarin

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A huge plot of land in Mandarin will soon be the site of a Mormon temple for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. A road to the side of the plot has neighbors fearing what they say could soon cause bumper-to-bumper traffic jams.

Recently, the City of Jacksonville greenlit the $27 million dollar project. The 29,000 temple will be located on Loretto road.

But some residents in the area have traffic concerns…
