Donna Krapf of the Village of Pine Hills was alone at the pool one afternoon. It was about 5 p.m.
“Then here comes a lawn maintenance employee. As I was standing there thinking what am I going to do if he comes in the pool? I am 69 years old, and don’t carry my protection to the pool. My phone was in my pool bag, won’t have time to use the emergency phone by the restrooms,” she said.
She got out of the pool as soon as he left, gathered her belongings and headed home…
