BONDURANT, Iowa — The City of Bondurant announced on Wednesday that it has now raised $1 million for its Silo Commons Project, a plan to redevelop the city’s historic grain silos at the former Landus Cooperative site.
The secured money total includes a $749,000 Destination Iowa Grant from the Iowa Economic Development Authority and a $210,000 Legacy Grant from Prairie Meadows. The city said local businesses and residents also contributed.
