WALLER COUNTY, Texas — A fugitive was apprehended in Waller County on Monday following an operation by the Austin County Regional Special Response Team. John Henry Kennedy Jr., a 39-year-old, was arrested at a residence in Pattison, Texas, on three active felony warrants for the manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, according to the Austin County Sheriff’s Office.Kennedy was also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and a parole violation.
