Sheriff’s office seeks public help to find missing Washoe Valley man

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find a man who has been missing for over two weeks.

Ryan Carter Laxague, a 34-year-old resident of Washoe Valley, was last seen on the evening of Monday, September 1. According to authorities, it is uncharacteristic for him to be out of contact for this long, and there are concerns he may be in personal crisis.

Laxague is described as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing 225 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and a U.S. Marine Corps tattoo on his chest…
