SEATTLE — A Bellingham woman attending a convention in Seattle discovered her car stolen and later learned thieves had used it as a battering ram in a smash-and-grab robbery at a Greenwood smoke shop, resulting in a combined $130,000 in damages to both the victim and business owner.
Kathryn Angvik said she was attending a rooftop event with friends on Aug. 31 when she found her Hyundai Elantra missing.
