The Baltimore County Police Department said the hours-long standoff unfolded on Wednesday, Sept. 24, in the area of the Comfort Inn in the 8800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard in Towson.
Officers first responded shortly before noon, calling in a heavy police presence to contain the scene.
At 12:44 p.m., police announced the barricade had concluded after officers “did deploy a flash/bang diversionary device prior to the subject’s surrender.”…
