EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police Department officials say a man is in jail and facing public intoxication and sexual battery charges.
According to an affidavit, officers were dispatched to the 6800 block of Logan Drive for a man, later identified as Ian Connelly, who was acting strange.
