LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating Antony “Ruti” Marshall, 60, who was last seen Sunday, September 21, in the 4400 block of Norene Lane in the Newburg neighborhood.
Marshall was last seen wearing a yellow plaid suit and requires medication. He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
