APD officers conducted a traffic stop Wednesday morning at 4:34 at Southwest 48th and Lipscomb where they arrested 42-year-old Viola Nichole Wheeler and Anthony Ray Gilbreath, age 42 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
