MADISON, Wis. — The City of Madison’s Community Development Division will be holding a Path of Homeownership education workshop in collaboration with the Home Buyers Roundtable of Dane County and the Consumer Credit Counseling Service in October.
This free workshop, which includes lunch, is designed to teach individuals interested in purchasing their first home where and how to start, how to apply for mortgages, improve credit for potential loans, and what down payment assistance programs are available.
