(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — During a briefing for the press, the Fountain Police Department (FPD) said the disturbance call occurred at around 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25. FPD referred to the call as an open 911 line, meaning the caller left the phone on, and the operator heard what was happening and was able to hear an active disturbance.
An FPD representative also said there is no threat to the public at this time, and the deaths are under investigation, with no further details available at this time.

The Fountain Police Department (FPD) said police are on scene after a disturbance call on Thursday, Sept. 25, led officers to two bodies.
