Suspected shoplifting duo charged after thefts from Bellevue store

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A suspected shoplifting duo has been arrested on more than 30 combined charges for their connection to thefts that recently occurred at a beauty store in Bellevue, authorities said.

The Metro Nashville Police Department said detectives with the Violent Crimes Division arrested Jakhouria Shaw, 20, and Eriyonn Shaw, 18, after they were found in a vehicle along South 8th Street on Wednesday night.

Authorities reported that the duo is accused of thefts that took place at an Ulta Beauty store in Bellevue.

Booking records show Jakhouria was charged with 14 counts of theft of property, 11 counts of theft of merchandise, as well as four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Metro police said she remains jailed on a $118,000 bond.
