Waffle Champion’s journey from food truck to OKC success

Waffle Champion, an Oklahoma City-based restaurant renowned for its craft waffle sandwiches, has expanded from a food truck to two brick-and-mortar locations.

Founded in 2011, the business quickly gained popularity, leading to the opening of a Midtown storefront in 2013 and an Edmond location soon after. The restaurant is best known for top-selling items such as its chicken and waffles and bacon, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich.
