EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — An El Paso student died Tuesday afternoon after he was hit by a vehicle on US-54.
According to the El Paso Independent School District, Joseph Nathaniel Caraballo died after the incident on US-54 at Fred Wilson.
