Lewisville Man with Parkinson’s Found Safe After Urgent Community Search Effort

The community can finally sigh in relief as the Lewisville Police Department confirmed that Arthur Kinney, a resident who had been missing, has been found. Earlier, an urgent appeal was launched by the authorities to locate the 68-year-old man who suffers from Parkinson’s disease and shows early signs of dementia. According to a social media post from the Lewisville Police Department, Kinney was last seen at approximately 4:43 p.m. driving westbound on Valley Ridge Blvd in Lewisville.

Complicating the search, Arthur left without his phone, cutting off a significant means of tracking his whereabouts. Driving a black 2024 Toyota 4Runner with the Texas license plate VPC1823, Arthur’s condition raised urgent concerns given his medical state.
