LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Heaven Riley Breaux, Miss Louisiana Teen USA, is set to compete in the Miss Teen USA pageant this October in Reno, Nevada.
Breaux has been involved in pageants for six years and has long dreamed of competing on the Miss Teen USA stage. Her journey began as a young girl watching Miss Universe, and she has worked tirelessly to achieve her goal.
