HOMEWOOD, Ala. – Charles Hargrove, 57, of Birmingham, has been arrested in connection to a shooting investigation on Lakeshore Parkway.
Homewood Police took Hargrove into custody this morning. He faces charges of attempted murder, certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm and two counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle.
On the morning of September17, Homewood police dispatch received reports of shots fired near Lakeshore Parkway and I-65. A black male suspect in a red pickup truck allegedly fired multiple shots into another vehicle before driving away. The driver of the second vehicle was unharmed.
