CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Police are investigating nearly a dozen car break-ins at an apartment complex in Cleveland’s Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood over the weekend.
The break-ins happened at the Edisons’ Gordon Square Apartment and Townhomes.
