A downtown Columbia business that most recently has been an upscale private event space has closed its doors.
The Venue, located at 1626 Main St., has closed,according to posts on its social media platforms . It had been open for a number of years with varying concepts.
“From our early days as a live music venue, to our reopening last year as a private event space, we’ve had the honor of hosting unforgettable shows, brunches, dinners and celebrations that brought Columbia together,” The Venue said in its closing social media post. “Thank you for letting us be part of your memories and for making The Venue such a special place on Main Street.”…
