MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Nutbush couple is accused of bringing their minor son with them when they ambushed, tied up, and robbed a man inside his East Memphis home Monday night.
Police said Crystal Sotelo, 36, and Brian Oseguera, 26, were arrested, and their son was taken into custody on Tuesday.
Sotelo and Oseguera were charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, robbery in concert, theft of property of $1,000 or less, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The juvenile was transported to the Youth Justice Education Center.
