HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Power has been restored to nearly 3,600 Santee Cooper customers in the North Myrtle Beach who lost service Friday morning power, according to the utility’s website.
The outage affecting roughly 3,573 customers was in an area between Highway 17 and Highway 31, and east of Robert Edge Parkway. It began at about 7:30 a.m. Service was restored by about 8:30 a.m.
The cause of the outage remains under investigation…
