HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A domestic situation turned standoff led to the arrest of one person early Friday morning in the Conway area, Horry County Police officers said.
News13 spoke with officers at the New Legacy Apartment Complex, where they said an assault happened. Victims were able to escape before the suspect barricaded himself inside an apartment.
