FERGUSON, Mo. — The St. Louis County prosecutor dropped the case against a man who was previously accused of damaging a fence at the Ferguson Police Department during a 2024 protest.
According to online court documents, the case against Keith Rose was dropped on Sept. 15 when Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Thomas Dittmeier filed an order of nolle prosequi. The order requested that the court recall all warrants related to the case.
In a statement, the prosecuting attorney’s office said they reviewed the case and “concluded that this defendant was not one of the individuals responsible for the property damage.”…
