CANTON, Ohio (WOIO) – A Canton church claims they were scammed out of nearly $10,000 thinking they were paying their electric bill.
In a police report filed Wednesday, Deliverance Christian Church said their American Electric Power bill was “higher than normal,” and AEP had scheduled a disconnect electricity date.
