20 years of shrills and screams at the Waldorf State of Fear

CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — The undead wife of the Palmerton legend, Oliver Sommersby, is just one of many spooky characters you can find starting this Saturday at the Waldorf Estate of Fear in Carbon County.

“So she begs and she pleads people that come through to burn the house down to not just set the victims of Oliver free, but to also set her free because she was trapped,” said Tessa Scheer, actor at Waldorf Estate of Fear.

You might be begging and pleading your way out of the Waldorf Hotel soon. The haunted attraction is celebrating 20 years of serving shrieks and screams to thousands of visitors every year…
