Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff’s deputies responded to three major law enforcement calls across Western New York on Wednesday, assisting agencies in Lackawanna, Hamburg, and Tonawanda.
According to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office, Special Operations units supported the Lackawanna Police Department with a barricade situation involving a male suspect. Deputies reported that the man was taken into custody without incident and turned over to Lackawanna police.
In Hamburg, deputies from the Quick Reaction Force (QRF) assisted with the search for a missing 16-year-old boy. The team searched wooded areas alongside the Town of Hamburg Police Department. No additional details on the outcome of the search were released…
