Woman Charged After Children Were Found Living In Unsanitary Conditions

A Hopkinsville woman was charged with wanton endangerment after her children were found living in extremely unsanitary conditions on West 15th Street on Friday morning.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they went to the home of 33-year-old Destiny Ulmer after a 17-year-old showed up at the Sheriff’s Office stating he had consumed narcotics at the home and needed help.

Deputies say feces was on the floor and underneath beds, and a strong odor of urine and other substances was coming from the home…
