SLED charges Florence Co. woman with lottery fraud

FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has charged a woman with lottery fraud.

Germeane Roshelle Burgess, 19, of Florence County was charged with intent to defraud, counterfeit game tickets on Tuesday.
