Murder victim found in Valley orchard in 1982 identified through DNA

SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. (FOX26) — Advances in forensic DNA technology have led to the identification of a man whose body was discovered in an orchard in 1982.

The man listed in the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System as UP68492 has now been identified as 27-year-old Danny Joe Jentzen from Flint, Michigan.
