WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Jan. 29 midair collision involving American Airlines Flight 5342 and a military helicopter is back in the national news with Wednesday’s announcement that the family of one of the 67 people killed in the crash filed a lawsuit against the government and the airline.
More families are expected to join the lawsuit filed by the family of Flight 5342 victim Casey Crafton, a 40-year-old Connecticut man.
