SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — A 31-year-old man was arrested after he barricaded himself and threatened staff with a knife at a Scottsdale apartment complex on Thursday, according to the Scottsdale Police Department.
Officers were originally called to the area of 9800 N. Scottsdale Road for reports of a fire in an apartment complex.
