(Reno, NV) — A Reno OB-GYN charged with health care fraud will go on trial on November 18th. On Wednesday, Doctor Samuel Chacon was arrested, after a grand jury returned an indictment charging him with health care fraud. He is also charged with eight counts of making false statements related to health care matters. The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners revoked Chacon’s license on June 6th. It will be revoked for at least five years. His license had been suspended since September of 2023. He is also facing multiple malpractice lawsuits…
